Chinu Kala left her home at a very young age because of the family pressure of getting married. She survived her living by selling Knives and coasters by going from home to home. She faced rejection many times, but she knew that she would get paid for her hard work and determination. She believed that 'There is no replacement for hard work'. She worked as an employee in a corporate job and even reached the finale of Mrs. India's pageant. Later, Chinu started her own business of jewelry which is now worth Rs. 7.5 crore. The company's uniqueness lies in what it's selling; Nykaa sells beauty and wellness products spreading a huge variety of brands from all around the world. She is set to become India's second-richest Women Entrepreneur. 

10. Farah Nathani Menzies - Mumum Co.

Farah Nathani Menzies completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Pennsylvania. She also has an MBA from Harvard Business School. She began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company's New York office. When she found out, she couldn't find any healthy nutritional snack with no preservatives or additives, she decided to start her own company Mumum Co.
