  8. Ramp Planner: They are responsible for knowing the arrival and departure times for all aircraft at that airport. They coordinate with other departments to perform various tasks on the plane before it can depart for the next flight.

  9. Passenger Service: They take care of the transportation of passengers and their luggage.

  10. Agent Flight Dispatcher : They oversee the arrival and departure process to ensure a safe working environment and help the plane depart on time.
